                      Yep he cut short his vacation to go to CALIFORNIA to try and drum up more support for the Iraq war, by going to a ww2 memorial.

                      Makes a lot of sense. Millions of US citizens displaced by a huge natural disaster, but he goes to the opposite coast. The only reason he is worried now, is that he finally figured out that oil is involved in the disaster.
