For some reason this reminds me of a situation I was in a few years ago.
I had picked up on this hot chick at a bar. We hit off really well, went out a few times, and then she mentioned her girlfriend. I was positive she was hinting at a threesome due to other conversations. I agreed to meeting her.
Jeez, the girlfriend had no redeeming qualities IMHO, and I was not interested in the least. Turns out, Susan thought me and her g/f would be a great match. The one thing the g/f and I had in common was that we both knew there was no way that was going to happen.
