The kid probably was being a dick and breaking the rules...
But I don't think the police should have Tazed... cuz on the other hand you have some Jackass Campus Cops who are itching to use and Abuse their authority because their wives beat them at home in front of their kids.
When they are at work... beating up on other peoples kids is the only time they can feel Men and that they are in control of things.
The whole thing is a balancing act.
