could mean a lot of things but the two off the top of my head would be
1. She is bringing her as an excuse not to sleep with you at the end of the night
2. You haven't been talking to her/about her enough when you go out and she needs someone to talk to (i doubt this though because you probably wouldn't have made it this far)
3. She's a freak and wants to tag team you with her cousin?
