The domain, naughtyfiles.net, is for sale. The site will be closed and I am getting out of the webmaster thing. A few are inquiring to purchase the entire site... it's still open for discussion.

Also, include the price you are looking for, either for just the domain or domain with content.

Don't think it's possible to get referrals and search terms when your site is parked at Sedo or any other parking service. You can trust the 10,000 figure in the description, it comes directly from Sedo database.

You can see the minimum asking price if you place an offer.

Too high IMHO, but good luck.

Hmmm...I would be very reluctant to ever purchase a site without historical stats. As happened with another site I looked at this week on GFY, 90% of all traffic was coming from the owner's other sites. So, immediately after purchase this traffic would have likely disappeared. (Note: I am not saying that this is the case with this domain).

Traffic comes from Search Engines and referring websites. If you are wondering if I own any of the referring websites, I do not. This is the only website I own & run.

Never mind on that last offer... just some scam artist wanting me to sign over everything, and then they would wire me the funds from some 'mystery' account... probably a con to get a hold of my bank info. Anyhoo... the domain and/or site are still up for grabs and I would be happy to consider other reasonable offers. And I will only proceed with the transaction with either Sedo or another escrow service like escrow.com

please explain to me how you think someone will pay $10k, hell, even $5k for a site that makes $0? I am just confused by this.

And since the site is a user community, 10k daily uniques is not 300k monthly uniques, it's probably only 30-40k monthly uniques since most of your traffic is repeat visitors.
