Do You Know Anything About non disclosure agreement's ? Is it something that an attorney needs to write up or is it easy enough to do on your own?
I know non compete agreements don't hold much water in the state of California. Non Disclosure and Non Compete seem very similar to me. Is it a waste of time at the end of the day?
