This is the van that was driving the wrong way down Highland. The driver is sitting on the ground to the right. He's sitting right where he fell down. His face was FUCKED up. When the light from my cam came on, he put his arm up like that to hide his face.
The second shot is the SUV that was comign up Highland. And the last shot is the driver of the van getting prepped for the ambulance.
