My friend started a video site (regional) like youtube down here and he's getting a massive payday from the start... TV advertisers, ford, etc... everybody wants a peice of this.
There is even a TV station who wants their website co branded with the video site.
They can put 15 seconds ads before the videos, they can put adsence on that with the related keywords... tons of stuff they can do.
