It's crazy how many accidents you see on the way to work. When I was commuting a little bit father to work I probably saw two accidents a day in bumper to bumper traffic along a 80 km stretch of highway. I don't get it really. I'm not saying that I haven't been distracted a time or two while driving, but you see ppl all the time doing their makeup or shaving, hell I've even seen ppl reading the paper or a magazine. When are North American drivers going to learn how to control their vehicles and be responsible behind the wheel?

On another note...I used to work with a guy who's wife was driving drunk probably about 20 years ago and she entered a highway on the off ramp, drove on the wrong side of the highway and eventually killed a family. How fucked is that?
