The older I get the higher the percentage. At 19, I was picky. Now, at 31 I have lowered my standards significantly. I'd say at least 25% of the female population is attractive in one way or another. Sometimes I see a big, fat girl with a bad complexion and think to myself "Well, she has pretty teeth. I'd hit it."
