When did I say I thought of it or that it was unique or exclusive to me. In fact my text and title shows some others do use this idea.
Few means others are doing it.
We all know the answer, but why doesn't someone stand up and say it?
Most sites would lose sales if they followed this route.
Unless you're going to say they would gain sales and decided not to do it because of the BW charges. Can't think of another reason.
