My guess is that when he gets termed he will have a new account the same day, and I'll be getting e-mails from his next domain.

no it's not compliant.. Being compliant means using a double opt in list not just "sexually explicit" mailing headers

I think they have 72 hours to remove you according to the rules. Keyser you make it sound like if you didn't contact us you would have never been removed. I don't think that's true.

If his emails are compliant there will be no termination. Let me know if the remove process doesn't opt you out within 72 hours, I believe that's the threshold set forth.

I tested this affliate's out mechanism myself when Keyser contacted us like 8 months ago or so. I found it to be working.

BTW I'm not hamming on the guy because he's a spammer.. Hell I'd love to spam myself I know the money that's in it. However I decided to play by the rules. If I get it in my normal e-mail account I don't give it much thought, I just write a new rule to hopefully weed them out.

However I make it a very strict rule that I only use my webmaster account for business. I do not mix it with anything but business. I don't like having to look through a 100 e-mails a day trying to figure out which are business related and which are spam.

I have kept that account spam free for about a year now until the last few months, that this dick head has been hammering my account. So if I can't out the spammer I'll out the programs that accept his traffic. Simple as that.

Where is the real drama? You got an email you didn't like? I get dozens a day. Stop being a pussy and take some responsibility yourself. Either delete it or set up some filters to block it.

I understand that Crockett. Since you said you find many programs' mail in your inbox, as an immediate remedy you could try filtering out the "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT:" subject lines very easily in your Outlook/Thunderbird settings. That should already take care of most of the problem.

I don't need to be sure. I diligently check bodies, headers & remove machanisms.

2. I wrote your program twice about the email to my ePassporte account a mail I only used to enter in the payout field with sponsors but it still get spammed so I know for a fact the email I got was not can spam.

I KNOW I NEVER USED THE MAIL TO SIGNUP FOR ANYTHING.
I used my normal email to signup for sponsors I only entered my ePassporte mail in the payout field. How does that make it possible for him to spam me under can spam? Also how can you know the list are legit when there obvious are plenty of webmasters receiving spam from your company? I wasn't the only one complaining about getting spam to my ePassporte account.
