re: traffic leaks
Just make a page w/out them for affiliates to send traffic through. You can then continue to send your own traffic to what you have up.
re: design
It's not flashy, but I promote another BDSM site that looks very much like it design-wise, and it sells just fine. Content is the kicker, and your content rocks.
That isn't to say that BOSS1 doesn't have some valid suggestions.
But I don't think that your site needs some major overhaul. Tweaking it would be fine for starters, imho.
