                          Not many people are from Israel... I find Belgium to be pretty "quite" country, unlike Israel nowdays, with the disengaement program and suicide bomber we cought today... lotta "action"

                                  New Orleans is about 6 feet or so below sea level and that is why it is being evacuated. Anytime there is a hurricane threat, residents leave due to flooding danger. New Orleans has always suffered from this problem, hence the tradition of burying the dead above ground in entombed in stone structures. I hope this answers your questions.
