You are going to say this. My idea is not to teach everything you guys do but to let people try this traffic and see how it converts.

Dude, PLEASE tell everyone how to do it... Honestly I am not joking in the slightest.Originally posted by xloggerIm a joke huh? When everyone know how to use P2P why would they buy ads from you DH.
;)
Peace, im out too.
In 2 months after spending thousands on servers, filesets, custom written software and labour we will have those individuals calling us as they will be fed up with trying to get it figured out.
I honestly have no problem with competition in business, it drives me to work harder. You're doing me a favour not a disservice

If you believe in your program, let the results speak for themselves.
You're looking like a fool too you know, at least here in this thread.Comment

This fight is so pointless, to understand p2pads you have to compare this with TGP traffic and GTS/submitpasses:
-You can submit galleries to tgps for free on your own and get -some- results, buy spots and partners from DH (ok dm
) and get results overnight.
-You can also try to do the p2p game on your own, and you will get some kind of results too, but again i bet mark's will show faster/better results.
the only questionable part is the price, but hey it's a free market.

hmm, yeah but you know this is different. i am wrong or does the person paying 10k have really nothing to do with setting up the files, what clips, keywords are used ect? do they even pick what sponsor to use? i mean, advertising in newspapers is different. the company buying space makes the ad, not the newspaper.Originally posted by DrinkingMODerately
"Cannot guarantee profit."
If I could guarantee profit why in the fuck what I sell this traffic for retard? LMAO! Life is a gamble, do you think newspapers guarantee results from their advertisements or tv commercials or magazines? Do you understand the concept of advertising? Obviously not you're a 20 year old kid that lives with his parents, I am expecting too much out of you...

DH is a great businessman with great ideas and seems like a great guy but i don't care for his business model. all it really does is over saturate markets that talented innovative webmasters profit from on their own and instead give a fraction of what they would make on their own (if they could) to anyone with enough money.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

LOLOriginally posted by xloggerYou know if i had not made that "p2p spam is not dead" thread months ago there will not be a p2pads.com
Oh man, we were working on this a long time before you posted that thread. Not that it matters, but you sure sound like the type of guy to say 6 months down the road, "I was the one who really started this whole P2P traffic thing." I'm not saying we did, don't get me wrong, only that you certainly had NO influence on any part of anything we do.
It's just that while you were posting on GFY, we were refining our system to make it a professional grade product capable of making people REAL money.
Anyway Xlogger, there really aren't any hard feelings from where I stand.
Even though you have bashed our posts, slandered our company, and tried to steal our customers, if you would like to make some real money, give one of us a shout tomorrow. We'd be happy to have you as one of our customers.

A customer can choose any clip they would like or they are welcome to use one of ours without any increase in price. Our clip is completely independent and does not have any of our branding on it.Originally posted by BlackCrayoni am wrong or does the person paying 10k have really nothing to do with setting up the files, what clips, keywords are used ect? do they even pick what sponsor to use?
Past that, if the customer would like us to brand their clip or the clip that we provide, we can do that.
The customer can also give us a list of keywords that they would like to target, or they can use ours.
The customer can use any sponsor that they would like, or they can simply direct the traffic to any page, tour, product ad, etc that they would like.
The bottom line is that a customer has as much flexibility as they would like.
We are "full service". We would be happy to prepare a campaign from start to finish and deliver traffic without the customer having to do any work at all.

Anyone looking to try out P2P advertisting on their own, but who need the DRM solution piece of it. check out vidlock.blogspot.com for details on our free Advertiser account option. We provide all the DRM tools needed for end users to receive your ads after downloading your files. (The ability to get the files saturated onto the P2P networks is not our department though). Free service in exchange for a 15% rake of the traffic.
XLogger- looking forward to your guide.
DrinkingM- I've seen quite a few DRM files with the p2pads.com urls embedded in them and I will say you've done a very impressive job of getting your content onto the P2P networks. (They do a lot more than just installing Bearshare on a bunch of servers)
Anyhow my other observations on this thread.
In our experience we've seen about 1 paid signup per 6000 unique hits for P2P traffic. (1:4000 for US traffic). So the traffic is decent.
DrinkingM may actually be under-representing his stats for content providers in 2 ways. If you own the content, you're getting the full 100% of the signup revenue, not the X% they're getting. Also, his numbers obviously don't show rebills. So with that sort of traffic over 40 days I'd say for a content provider they'd wind up with substantially more than the 16k in revenue that was displayed. So where the 10k may not be a great fit for most advertisers, I would garner a guess it is a very good fit for a few.
If XLogger is 20 and making $200 per day via a part time job, he's doing better than about 99.9% of all other 20 year olds on earth, most of whom are making $6/hour at Wendy's for their part time job. Personally, I spent most of my early 20's completely drunk. Cut the guy some slack on that point at least.Comment
