                              Funny idea, but it wouldn't work.

                              The business reply envelopes are only for first class mail, which is a maximum of 13 ounces. Those boxes would never leave the post office, if they accepted them at all.

                              But a 13 ounce envelope would still cost MCI $3.13 each for the postage.
