Ok dickhead, let me break this down real simple for you.

I paid you $400 as a down payment for a tour design for a site we decided not to produce. After 2 months I asked you for the deposit back, because when we first decided upon terms for the down payment, you noted it was refundable if no work was done (I have the ICQ log). You then went into the steriotypical designer bullshit rant about how your wife was leaving you, your dog got run over by a car, your house burnt down, and you have herpees from a tranny. Whatever fucking bullshit reason it was time after time, you still kept blowing us off. You told me you were going through some hard times, so I told you it was ok if it took you a couple months to pay us back. Fuck, it was only $400.

Instead of paying me back, we decided that you would re-color an excisting PSD template, do some business cards, a small logo, and a couple banners.

You delived business cards, a small simple logo, and a 5 second color change to a PSD template. I had to hound the fuck out of you for the business cards for a couple weeks before they were done, and the banners still have not been delivered.

You're fucking impossible to contact either by email, phone, ICQ, smoke signal, carrier pigeon... whatever. It took me weeks of hounding you to get the business cards done. After figuring out that you were completly blowing me off, I just wanted the PSD's for the work you had originally done. You were still completly unreachable and when you did contact me, it was just to tell me that you were busy and would "do it soon". This is when Jim has to spend a fucking week continually calling you until you got sick of seeing his number on your phone and him filling up your voicemail box to finally send the PSD's to us. You still havent finished the affiliate design nor the banners that were promised. In reality we got a logo, some business cards, and you changing out the colors on a PSD file which couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. The total amount of work you have delivered to us can not have taken you over an hour to complete. You've been continually called out on the boards by myself, Batts, and Steve Lightspeed for being a douchebag and not delivering as promised.

Don't go telling us that we got more than what we paid for, because you never even delivered what you had orignally promised. I've completly given up on trying to get you to finish the work you were already paid for, the $400 isnt worth the fucking headache to me. We will never do business with you again nor will we ever do anything but give horrible reviews of you if ever asked about designers. You're a lazy piece of shit. The End.
