          I don't know Doc. The details are still sketchy. I figure in a week more info will come out as to what in the world required an armed military response to a kid's party.

          There were more armed military at this party than are patrolling our borders.

                      that video does not show anything unusual. As for the guys not wearing patched identifying them. They are wearing them, and as with any swat unit or Tach unit from the military or police, the patch is the same color as the uniform. They are very hard to see.

                          I don't think I have been this offended in a very long time.

                          I really would like to see the lawsuits that stem from that. The best is when the guy said "shut it off or I will arrest you." Like he wasn't going to arrest him anyway.

                          What's the charge? Not flipping a switch?

                              Wait a minute. You heard the officer tell a citizen to turn off a camera?

                              He just fucked himself and the whole operation if he told him to do that. That's a direct violation of his first amendment rights right there.
