Aebn Feeds
I never bring my issues with other companies to a public forum. However, problems this month with AEBN feeds are just outrageous. Way too many customer complaints are being generated. There always are with their feeds, but now it's support ticket after support ticket since Feb 1. Here's the main problem, they don't answer their phones it's just voicemail hell, they don't respond to email and we have to pray that our rep will reply via IM. Her solution, send the complaints to her and she'll resolve them. Well, if she has the answers let her tell me. Anyway, if any of you have a solution (we've changed the referrer links to *domain, we have them turn off their firewalls, antivirus, popup, anti-spyware, upgrade the player, empty your cache, lower your browser security and privacy settings and on and on), please post it here. Or, if you have alternate provider of premium feeds please let us know. We have 3 other providers on our site and hundreds of our own Windows Media videos and the same members can view them.
