A quick summary of 2 months in the adult business:
Selling:
* If you want to sell a product, make sure your email is fucking working. Log in at your ICQ once a day !! Answer the fucking phone !!
* If you promise to do something.. Fucking do it !!
* There are thing that are called deadlines: if you deliver your product AFTER a deadline, your customer will tell you to fuck off !
* If you cut people a deal.. well, stick to that deal ! Don't blame a customer if you made a deal you cannot stick up to.
* Once a relation with a customer is fucked up, don't try to hold on to that customer by offering the same product for a far lower price. Your customer will feel you wanted to rip him off in the first place.
Buying:
* If you buy something, it would be nice to fucking pay for it.
* If you're satisfied with something you bought, tell it to the one you bought it from !
* Check with others if you want to buy something.. is it really value for money ?
* Communicate how you are paying for it, how long a transfer will take, and where the transfer is coming from.
So far my fucking frustrations.
