Just USA - however it will stil effect us all as link lists will demand .xxx extentions on sites they do business with. Just like how 2257 is irrelivent to non US webmasters, but trying getting a link list or tgp to take you without it.
This bad for us all if it becomes mandatory. So send in your objections now!
