Take 1 bottle Blue Gatorade (do NOT ask me why blue, just seems to work better), put in 2 Berocca (Aussie soluable vitamin B bombs) and 2 soluable aspirin.

Drink in one go when everything has dissolved.

Has got me through MANY shows.
