    Does anyone use Powermedium / Candid hosting or know anyone there?

    They don't answer emails anymore, they don't send out support ticket numbers, they don't return calls, they don't return instant messages, let me see if I can think of anything else.

    Anyone have a full-proof way of getting in touch with them short of flying to the office?
