Didn't have problem with them until recently ....
There were some kind of bug in their system and it didn't recognize my postal code when I was trying to Add Funds ... I did it 3 times but was getting the same kind or error message .... Then 2 days later I'm finding out that money were actually taken from my credit card but didn't show up on my ePassporte account ... I called ePassporte and my bank several times . The best they could do was promising me that they would refund me in 5-6 days ...
Small tech problem on their site and I had to spend a shitload of time trying to figure out what happened and solve the problem . And which is worse I was unable to send a payment that I desperately needed to be sent.
