Depends on what you are shooting for..
For my stuff, it's feet and face. If you have someone attractive, you need some good face shots to compliment the feet close ups. If you are shooting for some other genre, then whatever it is you are shooting for.
If it's something 'general' as in making content just to sell off with no general theme, I'd say face.
