    Urgent MySql question

    Im getting this when running a .mysql query

    ERROR 1006: Can't create database 'XPanel'. (errno: 13)
    ERROR 1: Can't create/write to file './XPanel/users.frm' (Errcode: 2)
    ERROR 1146: Table 'XPanel.users' doesn't exist

    Is this a permissions problem? - anyone got any idea?

              I cant do anything with any MYSql db on my server

              They are all reading and writing ok.... IE Scripts are working

              But its saying I dont have any permissions to create new DBs etc

              Anyone know how to fix this?

              HELP!!

                              you're installing phpBB2? don't you have to create a blank DB for that before doing the install script? maybe thats why you are having the problem

                                      use webmin/cpanel/phpmyadmin.. just so you can give yourself the correct privileges ie write/read access etc etc

                                              No... Its a dedicted server - thats why its odd
