Actually, I think that most places are running uCash/uShop these days, the Lesane hack went away quite some time ago. I think it became unavailable over a year or so ago. Actually, I may not need to go to 3.5 because the reason I was upgrading is that it has a feature to directly import xml, but I may not need that right now.
ACP -> Plugin System -> Upload/Download Plugins (for Plugin XMLs)
or
ACP -> Plugin System -> Manage Products (for Product XMLs)
