You guys remember MP3.com? Back when it actually posted links to copyrighted materials? Remember how it changed from that model to being a "springboard" for new talent? Notice the crash in traffic/revenue until it got bought out?
Looks like things are beginning to go the same way for Youtube.com (except for the bought out part...they already got bought out by Google). See:
