For the record, I see GTS as a professional, friendly, helpful company. We train our employees to help customers, be friendly etc.
But every once in a while we get a totally ASSHOLE customer who swears, yells, threatens, verbally abuses and generally wastes our company time & resources....so I say "fuck you" you are banned!!!! Complete refund and leave us the hell alone!!!
What do other GFYers think? We certainly can deal with complaints in a professional manner, even when some customers get angry, we can deal with that....but when a customer is repeatedley calling any extension he can get a hold of, even the receptionist and totally freaking out, sorry man, you cross a line............
