    AOL Fined for Making it Hard to Cancel

    America Online agreed to pay $1.25 million to the state of New York and reform its customer service procedures

    AOL customer service representatives would either ignore requests, or make it unduly difficult, to cancel their service

      For sure. If anything now it's the opposite, in the adult sector it's far TOO easy to cancel now compared to mainstream accepted policies.
