i highly doubt myself about getting 60-70 types for a hypenated domain with no name recognition...and webalizer doesn't provide a type-in estimation either.Comment

Webalizer does not have a category for type-in traffic. and if you are looking at 'direct requests' and assuming that is type-in traffic since there is no referrer, you are forgetting that bookmarks also get counted as 'direct request'. so you could have 60-70 bookmarkers checking out the site each day. Lastly, if webalizer can't figure out the referring URL (such as from your link trades), it also will put 'direct request'.Comment

this is a new domain, i just bought it.... so it cant be bookmarks. and i only made affew hardlinks exchanges... not link trades.. what software shows the type-in trafic? ill use it, i dont want to scam anyone...Comment

unfortunately there is no accurate way to count type-ins when you have a site with content on it. i've seen one stats program that does try and estimate them but its just a formula based on the # of direct requests versus the # of total uniques. another source of direct referrer traffic is surfers using anonymous proxies and things like that.
remember no-one is questions the overall traffic #s - just that the # of type-ins for a newly registered hypenated domain seems excessive. the url itself is good for SEO purposes with two good keywords in the name. how much income has it made with the AFF program?Comment

i did not count that... i just bought the domain as i said ill put a .sub from aff on it and see... anyways.. i am convinced that is type in traffic... i dont see other arguments for all that "direct request" traffic

no way that gets type-ins. maybe loversearch.com. but as someone already stated, hypen domains don't get those kind of type-in numbers. that traffic is coming from someplace else.
