I wouldn't be so sure in this case. If it was really made by Vovan, so it's a 100% true thing. This guy guarantees the quality of his pranks. He has trolled a lot of politicians and celebrities, including Elton John, the Attorney General of Crimea, a major of Kiev and a famous boxer - Wladimir Klitschko and even the presidents of Turkey, Georgia and Belorussia.
