I took the time to email Bang Bros instead of making a thread when I found 404s once on a tour.

Guess what, I got a reply from them and it was handled very promptly.

go figure.

Good for you, my emails seem to go unanswered but posting to a message board always gets me a quick reply. Now why dont you go back to making your mediocre gallery templates.

Have you emailed support before? If so, please give me your ticket # and I will look it up.

and I know you have emailed me and I fixed the issue you were having, so I wouldnt say things go unanswered..

The prob is 100% fixed.. For anyone wondering, anytime you email our support, you will get a ticket number, we answer all the tickets and keep records of everything..
