Yeah I tried them on several different occasions ready to put deposits down for 2 cars. The Gallardo before it was out then leave him money for the Gallardo spyder so I would be on top of that list. The guy bever once returned my calls so I went with another dealership and all is perfect now. My guy calls back and takes care of my brother and I whenever we need anything at all. I should be one of the first to get the convertible Gallardo when it hits. Why I like the Gallardo more than the Murcielago? Murcie is very width (2.05 metre) and it's just too expensive over here so I didn't even bother asking about that car.

Its been a dream. No problems whatsoever. With Audi owning it you can tell the difference immediately. I drive my brothers 6.0 its a very rough ride. Great car, but its a different feel altogether. And I drove a Murci and it was the same as the 6.0. The Gallardo is easily an everyday car if you wanted it to be. The only problem I have is that the brakes squeak. Its fucking annoying, but oh well. They used to do that with my Ferrari F355 and the dealer said because they were racing brakes they squeaked. Not sure if thats the same reason on the G, but I would assume it is.Originally posted by Bike

I perfer the Gallardo to the Murcie, price notwithstanding. In the Murcie I have problems with visibility, and it just never seemed to "shrink" around me. It always felt big. Fantastic torque though, stomp on it in any gear and it rockets forward, even 6th gear at low freeway speeds. 6.2L V12 will do that.
The Gallardo is nearly as fast, in head to head races we've done it needs to get over 100mph before a Murcie will stretch its legs over a G significantly. And to me the G is a much more practical car, I have no visibility problems in it, it feels smaller, actually it feels a lot like a more lively 911 Turbo to be honest.
Great car, highly recommend it.
As for e-Gear or not, you need to drive both. No one can point you in the right or wrong direction with that, it's as personal a decision as possible. You'll either love it or hate it.
