well i was thinking that. thats why it would have to be a partner account set up 100%.

it wouldnt be that you could just log in, swap some cash for this and ride. your account would go through an approval system. you would have to be considered trust worthy to use the system.

it wouldnt really be an open to the public kinda program. if we didnt know who you are, what you do, you know something about you where we feel ok, then we wouldnt allow you in.

Ive been thinking about it as well.

Wont work because of fraud. Russians love these kind of exchanges. And your pp account will be closed in no time.

It would be popular and I have looked into it before. The only problem with it is banking laws and all kinds of other useless laws dealing with it. I'd do my research with a well paid lawyer before risking it as it carried some heavy ass charges.

Same goes for check cashing. I was going to set up a webmaster check cashing service for those in countries that pay huge fees to cash small checks. The legalities of it were obscene.
