    My neighbor's landscapers just sprayed my dog in the face with weed killer.

    Fucking cock suking pieces of shit.

    I grabed the security video from the side of my house, called the cops and showed them the video.

    The cocksuking pigs say they can't do anything b/c the police did not witness it.

    They said it's a civil matter and your dog is just your property.

    So I asked,,,"what happens if my dog dies tonight?

    Cops say "Call us back and we'll file a report"

    I screamed in their fukin faces "How can you do that,,,you didn't witness it,,,remember?"

    God forbid they'll take 3 minutes out of their day and file a fukin report.

    As they were leaving, one of the cops steped in my dog's poop, and I started cracking up. I ask his partner if he witnessed that.

                                                                                      My neighbor on that side of my house is CitiBank and I've been fighting with them for years regarding their landscapers blowing their debris and trash on to my property. Last month I called the cops when they blew the trash onto my property and the cocksuking cops said,,,just blow it back onto their property.

                                                                                      CitiBank has sent me numerous letters saying their landscapers are doing nothing wrong and then they say please don't contact us again.

                                                                                      So I registered citibank-sucks.com last month and I'm gonna post the video of them spraying my dog in the face with weed killer.

                                                                                      If you guys got any other ideas I'd love to hear them.

That way you can document the blowing of debris onto your property and other actions.

                                                                                                                                                                  Trying to get the cops envolved in civil issues is damn near next to impossible.

                                                                                                                                                                  Now each time they blow debris into your yard or whatever, call up a different landscaping company to do a clean up. Get reciepts. Then the same day they are done cleaning up the stuff blown into your yard file a small claims case against the landscapers of citi bank and citi bank themselves. Do this every damn single time and make sure you ask for court fees in your paperwork.

                                                                                                                                                                  As for your dog, yet dogs are treated as property and are seen as property in the eyes of the law. Do make sure you also get reciepts for the vet visit, the shaving and everything else envolved. Do not try to get cute though and go after pain and suffering or anything that like. It does not fly in such cases and can get your case thrown out.
                                                                                                                                                                  Then proceed to file a case against both parties yet again. Though make sure you also add to the paperwork current and future related vet bills due to the pesticide spraying. FYI there is no cash limit on a sick animal that needs ongoing treatment for years, but there is one if they just outright kill it.
