the more water less ethylene and other flushed out stuff the faster it will freeze below zero.
if it has more "antifreeze" parts in it it will take a lower temperature

oh ya I forgot about the salts, I was trying to think back to chem, lol.
Everything else would only cause a few degrees colder freezing point at most, but add a bit of salt and 10 degrees colder wouldnt be far off at all.
