Bottom line: Don't do illegal/sketchy shit and you won't have problems from the Internet Gods.

No bottom line here, what this webmaster did wasn't sketchy, GoDaddy pulled the domain after MySpace complained to them about one file out of 250,000 hosted on the site. No mail to the abuse contact for the webmaster, No DMCA notice as is the norm, just a mail and less than a minute to respond with no abuse number, just e-mail, and anyone that has managed a large Internet presence knows that Abuse e-mails can take days to respond to, leaving the webmaster to hang for hours.
Its in anyones best interests that has presence on the Internet that is income producing and has their domains registered with GoDaddy to find another registry that would at least give
you the webmaster more than a minute to respond to a complaint.
If not, you have to ask yourself, what's two days offline worth to your company?
