    I did not demand. I asked for what we agreed upon in the beginning. And I did not slander him. Everything I have said here is the truth. The only lying going on here is when Al conveniently makes stuff up to pad his case...

    Lie #1... I sent them next day air on 8-10-2005
    Lie #2... I'll get you the tracking number... still waiting on that one. Where's the tracking number Al?
    Lie #3... I was on vacation for a month then it became 20 days. I was gone for a lil over a week. And this still has absolutely nothing to do with why they weren't sent when he kept telling me that he would or had already.
    Lie #4... It was not TFP. Yes, it was TFP. I came early and I stayed late specifically to shoot TFP and we had agreed upon all of this beforehand. Believe me, I would have liked to sleep a little bit longer that day and not have to come to the shoot hours before I was really supposed to be there.
    Lie #5... I did her a favor. Please Al!!! You are trying to act like you are some bigshot now. It doesn't even seem like the same HUMBLE person that I talked to when we first started talking. The only way you got me to do a TFP with you was because you hooked me up with a paid shoot. And believe me... you were trying hard to get me to come out there and work with you.

    in my opinion and in the majority of other people that read this thread Al messed up here. If you want to believe otherwise... go back to the GLUE section where you belong.

            He said he would get them to you Bobbi, but he never had to from the beginning either. He did you a favor shooting you for free as an extra for a commissioned shoot you were paid to perform at.

                            You are disrespectful and so is he. I did him a favor by shooting TFP and not charging him. I don't ever do them. He wanted to shoot with me so badly that he hooked me up with a paid gig to get me there. I shot with him to be nice because I was thankful that he got me a job. Then he dicked me around on getting the photos we shot together when the whole reason why is because he screwed up the pics. He must have had the settings wrong or something. Yet he was on here going off about how he never ever fucks up. That's a direct quote from him. He did fuck up. He fucked up the pictures, he fucked up by not doing what was agreed, he fucked up by threatening to delete my pics, he fucked up many ways and it is apparent to anyone reading this. The facts speak for themselves.

                            And I probably won't even be able to use those pictures. They are mostly unusable dark silhouettes.

Al took the pictures, they are his created works, Its called Copyright Law and he still has the right to not permit you to use them in any manor.
                                                                                                            Unless of course you liscense them from him.

                                                                                                            This Shoot was done under TFP in verbal agreement.
                                                                                                            However you cross the line of what TFP is when you intended all along to implement them within your own commercial site.

And I'll be damned if I'm going to take legal lessons from someone who has blundered that many legal terms in such a short period of time. You don't know what you are talking about. If you ever do figure it out, let's have a conversation then.

                                                                                                                                You are assuming what I'm going to do with the pics. I haven't done anything with them yet. Just because I have a pay site, doesn't mean that I don't get to receive the pics for my TFP. But I highly doubt that my members would be interested in dark images where you can't even see me. And I didn't charge Al to shoot me, yes. I waived my modeling fee for him IN EXCHANGE for the right to use the pics. Get what a TFP is now? I know you are a bit slow but this is ridiculous!

                                                                                                                                            Then, at 5 pm when most offices close, I got worried because I had not heard from you when you said in our ICQ message that you were going to go to the office and send me the TRACKING # (What's the tracking number Al? Why won't you answer that question?). I thought that you were going to leave the office and forget again but I did see you posting on GFY at the time so I posted in my thread and rebumped it and asked you about the tracking number. That's when you flipped out and tried to take your bad day at work or personality disorder or whatever the hell that was out on me.

                                                                                                                                                            We can all see that Alien has no clue what he is talking about. Especially since he can barely spell anything correctly.

                                                                                                                                                            Bobbi I agree that this has already consumed too much of your time. Fighting with Alien will just suck you in deeper and deeper, and get you no where cause his logic is twisted and for the most part on a level most people would consider logic... Well unless you are Alien.
