I don't think they do, I don't see them adding new content. I think you're paying for all the existing content but no updates so far as I can see.
I don't care though cause there's like 100 clips and I haven't watched all of them because there's so many. They have clips of Paris doing press tour in Japan, driving in the car with her ex-bf Jason Shaw in Amsterdam, recording her phone calls with some British lame dude who is infatuated with her, yelling at some guy because he leaked info about her party to PageSix and now all these Z-list people like Robin Leach and Regis Philbin are going to show up (she said it was embarassing because now her party will be uncool).
There's also lots of interesting clips of her and her rich friends partying in the club. It's just very fascinating to watch them. Majority of it is not topless/nude stuff, but super interesting stuff. It's a real glimpse into the life of the uber rich and mega famous. Anyone who is looking for "Sex tapes" will be disappointed. This is more for
people who are truly curious about her life and persona.
It will take me a long time just to view everything and go through every single juicy document in detail. I've glanced through most of it but I want to study every document in depth, there might be some stuffed I missed out on.
