You're concentrating too much on the photography. He's not being charged with child pornography or molestation at this point, he's being charged with "10 counts of interfering with child custody."
Obviously, an adult taking a 16 year old (aka child) out of school, to his home, etc. etc. without his parents permission or knowledge is an illegal act, and he's being charged with it. |
