Warning: Be very careful of what messeges you have it setup for. I was a smoker for 12 years of 2 packs a day and i had it setup to repeat i hate the way cigs taste. well the next morning i went to light a cig and it tasted like pure shit lol. I had to rerun it to get my taste back for cigs.
set the message duration to 1 millisecond
set the message duration to 4 seconds.
Then start the progam and let it run . within a few minutes you will know if its working or not on you . Come back and tell me what you think

Yeah that program does suck but if you seen it flashing it was not setup right. The naked eye dont see the message but the subconcious picks it up.Comment

First of all, subliminal messages are very serious and do in fact work on the majority of people when done correctly.
That being said, the two examples you gave above are retarded and probably wouldn't work.
Oh, and you can't use the shit on yourself as the poster mentioned. If you know the shit is there it doesn't fucking work, why do you think they call it subliminal?
