On Day 7 of a more healthy diet and am totally fucking dying for...

Ben and Jerry's Heath Bar Crunch ice cream.

Getting bad, going to get the shakes soon...someone hit me up with some methadone, I'm seeing things....

Wow 10 pounds is a lot for just a week Kitty good job.

I'm not trying to lose weight myself, I'm 5'10" and 180lbs, but my body fat percentage is too high at 25%. Plus it's all in my chest/torso/stomach area which makes me nervous about possible artery plaque.

Need to cut down then add some muscle.

The thing about new and healthy diets that make them fail is going too far to the extreme. You have to be able to earn that ice cream treat every once and awhile to make any diet really have a chance to stick.

Exactly. You can eat anything you want and still keep your weight down... you just can't eat it every time you want

Yeah totally, you can't "binge" either way.

I use cheat days, usually Fridays, works best for me. Nothing like looking forward to some ice cream as if it's an actual event...lol

Besides, as a man, if you have even half-way decent genetics you can pretty much each whatever you want if you're willing to do cardio. Evolution is nice that way for us, as long as our caveman ass is out there "chasing dinner", or pretending to on a treadmill, then we're good to go.
