On sites like iFriends (i.e. where they work on their own and not in studios), $1500+ week is certainly possible. Many of the studio-based cam girls don't make nearly as much - and a few studios/sites don't affer any % of sales, just flat wages (most of them don't stick around very long though!)Comment

Most webcam models are lazy as fuck. They barely stay online long enough just to get by. We have models that make 2000.00 US a month easily, with minimal hours put in.

There are also still many gold members floating around (ifriends sold these memberships a long time ago for 99.00 for a lifetime discount, none of that went to hosts) who get 50% off the posted price, which cuts the girls 50% down to 25%. Girls can of course block gold members now though in their admin. Then odds are they still have the "time bug" where the cam session will not stop but the billing does once you have reached a customer has reached a certain amount of time in one show. This is not publicly posted anywhere though.
What I did notice is that girls who work hard, keep a set scheadule and build up a ok sized list of regulars ussually bring in about 30.00 an hour on average. Averages based on total hours spent on even waiting through out the course of a few months.Comment

The only other camsite which may be competitive in terms of the cut is Camcontacts. I'm not a host there (I host on iFriends only), but they claim to give these cuts:

However, keeping in mind that the overall per minute prices on CC is (on average) lower than that on iFriends, that means the earning potential of the host may be lower as well. Payment options also vary from site to site (i.e. how often one gets paid and through what method). Other sites like ImLive are paying 35% (55% if the person is referred to the site by the host) with a rating system.Comment
