There isnt much when it comes to hairloss. Rogaine + Propecia + Nizorol are the common products you should get on if they start loosing their hair (and care enough about saving it). That will stop or at leats slow it down for several years.
If you lost a lot and are considering a transplant, what a lot of people dont realise or research, is that the doctor you chose can make a HUGE difference. About 3k of grafts from a good doctor will run about 8-12k.

Ive been losing my hair a few years now and read up on the forums really often. A lot of people who are in the know wil travel from the US to canada just to get a transplant, since canada has 2 of the best docs in the world for it.
