            dual is definitely the way to go... here is a screen shot of my 2 1600x1200 monitors (3200x1200).

                you don't need a card that has two outputs to do this. Any graphic card you add, up to the slots you have in the box, the OS will just add it. Old pci slot cards are great
                because they use very little resources.

                    You just drag the window to the screen you want.. next time you open the application it will remember where you like it to be.

                    I couldn't live without it. I keep all my messaging and less used things like FTP, notepad, calculator and other reference stuff on the right and my browser, email, etc on the left. It really increases your productivity.

                        So if you type something how will it know to go on the 1st monitor or 2nd?

                        That would be pretty messed up if it started typing on both monitors at the same time!
