Half the world is filled with dictators who post a threat to their country and future. Pretty much every Middle East country, most of South America, tons of Asian countries, and nearly the entire continent of Africa. Do you expect our tax dollars to police the entire world from bad people?

The facts are the facts. Sometimes they are strange. Although, hiding WMDs from the UN weapons inspectors really doesn't seem that odd. Georges Sada, one of Saddam's generals, disclosed the export of WMDs to Syria. Rush Limbaugh had nothing to do with it.
