about 10years of smoking 20+, last 3years 40+, before 3months from day to day stopped without any reason or replacement, till now without any at least small problems... i dont win, but i dont had any at least reasont to start when i quit. i think its all just in everyones brain. so have luck everyone who want to quit, its really hard as hell, but when you really want everything is possible... i want to build a house from webmastering... i wish i can do that too :)
