I see in that pic you posted you trust your dog completely. I wouldn't put my daughter in a position like that for $1 million. Pit Bulls are bred tough and are fighting dogs. It would only take your baby there to hit out with her arm for the dog to drag her around like a rag doll. You might be there but the damage to your kid, if she/he survived the attack, would last a lifetime.
I am not anti dogs. I think they are great. but there are certain species which should not be around kids, and pit bulls are one of the breeds in question.
Of course you have your rights to do whatever you want with your dogs. But how would you feel if it suddenly turned and bit your kids face off? Whether you are there or not, it only takes a couple of seconds to ruin your families life forever.
