I have a 3.0Mbps DSL line, but that one chokes GFY where the page never loads past it. There's a couple others almost as bad, but that one is consistent. Is there any reason for a swf banner to have more than a few seconds of mouseover audio?

yup, i do the same thing, im on cable.
theres a few banners that do that, JRN is just one of them.

The only time I notice who is advertising on GFY is when someone skins the whole site, so I never pinned slow loading down to a particular banner. When GFY hangs, I tend to assume it's being DOS'd and just come back again later...Comment
